CLUB AMBASSADOR (Female Only)

Job Summary

• Responsible for Membership Sales
• To represent the club in handling members' request in a professional manner.
• To initiate marketing activities that enhance close rapport with the members.
• To develop members' loyalty programs and to initiate referral's program.
• To assist on the event actual including event preparation, participants registration.
• To upkeep healthy and good communication and to provide quality customer services and to attend customers needs as and when desired to ensure high level of customers satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Good customer services skill particularly in dealing with top corporate clients.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 2 years working experience in handling PR and customer services and wide networking record.
• Pleasant looking and customer focused.
• Ability to work independently, high initiative and resourceful.
• Salary Range RM 2,000.00 ~ RM 3,000.00
